E-mails will be sent with a tracking number upon shipment of item. Please refer to this email and tracking number for any updates on the delivery of your package. Once we ship your package, we can only see the same shipping info as you with the tracking number.
The JoJo Gypsy Boutique is not responsible for incorrect addresses listed at the time of purchase. If an incorrect address was listed, customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to have package re-delivered.
The JoJo Gypsy Boutique is not responsible for packages or any damages incurred once they have left our shipping department. Customers must make a claim with their local Post Office if they believe a package has been lost or stolen. Tracking numbers for reference can be found in the shipping confirmation email, or by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.

ALL RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED IN STORE CREDIT ONLY. RETURNS MUST STILL ADHERE TO OUR RETURN POLICY IN ORDER TO RECEIVE STORE CREDIT.
Orders can not be refunded/stopped once paid.
Time Frame: Items must be RECEIVED BACK to us no later than 10 days from the date your package was delivered. We suggest using a tracking method, as we are not responsible for lost packages upon return. Be sure to plan 5-10 days for transit time.
The Exceptions: Any sale, discount, or markdown item OF ANY KIND is not eligible. Any custom made or one of a kind item, all jewelry, scarves, belts/buckles, hair accessories/hats, and undergarments (camis, bralettes, strappies, leggings) are final sale and cannot be returned. Any accessory type item that is not sized clothing. Shoes returned using the shoebox as a shipping container are not acceptable. Please Note: Items will be shown as “Final Sale” when they are put in your cart and will also show up as “Final Sale” on the receipt included with your order.
The Catch: Items MUST be returned in their original condition, complete with tags intact. They must not be altered in any way-this includes but is not limited to the following: makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, etc. Shoe boxes must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes. Please do not use the shoe box as the main shipping container. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the item(s) returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition or are not received within the designated return window, you will be subject to a $10.00 shipping & handling fee for the item(s) to be shipped back to you.
Defective Items: If you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by email (email@example.com) or by phone (405.406.9686) within *TWO* days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions. Any item that has already been worn is not subject to be considered a "defective item" and no return or exchange is allowed. PERIOD.
Refund Type: ALL RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED IN STORE CREDIT ONLY.
