Thejojogyspyboutique.com is accessible 24/7, but our headquarter office is only open Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm CST. We are also closed on all federal holidays.

Do I need to create a login to shop?
Of course you don't HAVE to, you can simply check out as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account. It will make your future orders go quicker and allow you to keep up with that status of your order. This also allows you to view your order status history and can allow you special coupon codes as being a repeat customer! You'll be able to access your store credit from a previous exchange. One more advantage to creating an account - it reduces the chances of mis-typing your contact info, billing or shipping address.

Should I receive an email with tracking number once I place my order?
Yes, you will receive two separate emails. The first is simply a confirmation email saying your order was successfully placed and that we will process it soon. Once your order has been completed, you will receive another email with the tracking number.
What if the product I want to order is out of stock?
We try our best to restock our most popular items! Just choose, “join waitlist” to sign up for a restock alert. An email will be sent to you as soon as we restock that item. But keep in mind, we cannot restock everything. Best advice is to purchase something you want while it’s in stock or as soon as you receive the restock email!
